Each model is carefully protected with shock-absorbing materials and packed in sturdy boxes to prevent any damage during transit. We pay extra attention to fragile or detailed parts to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition — ready to display or paint.
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Custom or print-on-demand models are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused during production or shipping.

Yes, we do. If you already have an STL file, we can print it for you using our high-quality materials. Send us the file, and we’ll go over the technical details and pricing together.
All our models are printed with a 25 micrometer (μm) layer height — that’s just 0.025 mm per layer, ensuring smooth and detailed surfaces.
We use ABS-Like Jamg He Art Engineering Resin, a premium resin that’s stronger and more flexible than standard types – ideal for miniatures and models that are handled frequently.
No, we do not sell or distribute STL files of our models. All designs are created and printed exclusively by 3D Novatica, and are available only as physical 3D-printed products. We focus on delivering high-quality printed miniatures, not digital downloads.
